1. Delivery Areas

Vostauk currently delivers across India. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any prepaid order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. These are estimates and not guaranteed timelines.

4. Shipping Charges

• Delivery is free on orders above ₹499.
• A nominal delivery charge may apply to orders below this value and will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking

You can view the status of your order any time from the My Orders section of your account. We will also keep you updated as your order progresses.

6. Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
